  • Do I need to buy all my stock from you?
We’d love it if you did, but no, you don’t have to order all your lubricants from us. Some customers jump in with two feet and consolidate all their lubricant stock into the EziStock system, while others like to dip their toes in first and start with a selection of lubricants and add to it as they see fit. As with any ordering situation, the lubricants we supply is completely up to you. Only items approved by you will ever go into the system, so you won’t be finding any surprises on your monthly invoice. If you’re not wanting to keep all your eggs in one basket, you’re perfectly entitled to keep purchasing from other suppliers as well, however only EziStock items are to be kept in the EziStock storage to enable the replenishment cycle to run smoothly.
  • What happens if I reassess pricing down the track and find its cheaper with another supplier?
It’s great to keep your finger on the pulse and be aware of all your options to make sure you’re getting the best value for your business. With EziStock you are free to add or remove stock items from the system at any time, so should you want to switch an item to another supplier you can. While it can be tempting to jump over to another supplier offering a slightly cheaper price for a product, the EziStock system also provides savings in another way, and that’s in terms of the time savings of not having to manage stock and place orders. When you include the labour cost of stock management to your product purchase cost, customers often find it would cost them more to make the switch. Of course, if you simply find the system is not for you, that’s absolutely fine. There’s no locked in contracts, and if you want it out, we’ll take it out. No questions asked, and no hard feelings.
  • Who are your replenishers?
Our national onsite inventory replenishment team are locally contracted individuals whose sole responsibility is to count the stock, tidy and replenish. They’re not part of the sales team, they’re just a friendly bunch of folks keen to get the job done efficiently. Outside of the replenishment, we have a dedicated EziStock operations manager who does all the behind-the-scenes work including training and managing the local replenishers, organising and processing monthly EziStock orders, and adjusting stock where requested. He’s also likely to be the friendly face you’ll see setting up your EziStock storage facilities when they get installed.
  • How can we keep control if you take over stock management?
It’s completely understandable that the prospect of handing over your stock management to a supplier can be a little daunting. In running your operations, you want to have control, and the good news is, you still will. EziStock is not about handing over control to us. Throughout the entire process everything is checked and approved by you. Nothing goes into the system without your consent, and reporting allows you to see exactly what is being used and charged for each month – the system is very transparent.
  • What if we already have a preferred supplier we like to buy from?
There’s no doubt about it, we’re a supplier and we want your business. EziStock is a system developed for businesses looking to get the best bang for buck both in terms of the consumables they’re purchasing, but also in enabling better efficiencies and therefore productivity in the workshop. If you have another supplier you prefer to work with, that’s fine, it’s completely up to you – no hard feelings.
  • What happens if EziStock doesn't work for us?
If the solution simply isn’t working for you, we can remove it. No worries, no hurt feelings. There’s no locked in contracts, and at the end of the day, if the solution isn’t benefitting you, it’s not benefitting us. It has to save you time and money.
  • What’s in it for Duramach? What’s the catch?
There’s no catch. EziStock is a fully open, transparent solution, with reporting so you can see exactly what’s going on. What’s in it for us? Well we’ve got everything to gain by looking after you and your business. Duramach is not a one off sale, it’s having a loyal customer in 10 years time that we’re able to continue providing value for. Basically, your success is our success.

SENTRON stationary gas engine oils (SGEOs) are premium performance, long life engine oils specially formulated to lubricate stationary gas engines and compressors. SENTRON’s extended drain intervals can mean lower maintenance costs, less used oil to dispose of and a more efficient and profitable operation.

SENTRON’s exceptional performance is especially important in the severe service conditions common in compression, power generation and combined heat and power applications. Its outstanding anti-wear protection in combination with low tendency for deposit build-up helps to minimize bore polish and wear of cylinder liners and wear of piston rings.

That can mean:

  • Longer service intervals

  • Less backfiring

  • Cleaner engines with less wear

  • Fewer service calls

  • Less downtime

SENTRON stationary gas engine oils are formulated with ultra pure, high quality base oils and highly advanced additive technologies to help deliver a combination of extended oil life, extended drain intervals and excellent control of engine deposits. Offering exceptional protection against wear and corrosion, SENTRON helps provide worry-free operation, increased engine durability and engine life, which can lead to a reduction in overall operating costs.

SENTRON stationary gas engine oils span the typical levels of sulphated ash and SAE viscosity grades required by gas engine manufacturers. Moreover, they have a proven track record of successful use under a wide range of operating conditions.

Features & Benefits

Longer oil life provides long-lasting equipment protection

  • Exceptional resistance to breakdown caused by oxidation and nitration.

  • Helps extend engine life by reducing varnish, sludge and carbon deposits.

  • Helps improve engine performance.

Extended drain interval can reduce maintenance and provide savings

  • SENTRON LD 8000 can significantly extend oil drain intervals when compared to leading competitive conventional SGEOs. The extended drain interval helps to:

    • Reduce downtime and maximize production availability.

    • Lower operating costs by reducing maintenance costs.

Outstanding anti-wear/anti-scuff protection helps to:

  • Control and minimize valve recession.

  • Reduce wear on piston rings, cylinder liners and bearings, prolonging engine life.

  • Reduce operating and maintenance costs.

Keeps engine parts clean by:

  • Minimizing ring zone and valve stem deposits.

  • Minimizing port blockage in 2-cycle gas engines.

  • Improving engine lubrication by maintaining clean oil-ways.

  • Maximizing the time between major engine overhauls.

  • Preventing corrosion

Extremely low oil volatility helps to:

  • Improve work environment through absence of oil odour.

  • Minimize oil consumption.

  • Reduce excessive engine combustion zone deposits for higher efficiency and reduced de-rating of the engine.

Applications

SENTRON stationary gas engine oils are premium performance engine oils specially formulated to lubricate large natural gas engines and their integrated compressors, running on natural gas. Specific SENTRON oils also meet the more severe operational needs of co-generation, biogas, sewage gas, coal bed methane and halogen landfill gas operations. SENTRON SGEOs can be used in reciprocating compressor crankcases where an OEM allows an SAE 40 oil. SENTRON can also be used in compressor lubricators as a compressor cylinder lubricant. TECH DATA SENTRON™ STATIONARY GAS ENGINE OILS SENTRON stationary gas engine oils cover the three main levels of sulphated ash required by natural gas engine manufacturers
